1. In a bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients. Then, add in your dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
2. Heat up a skillet (medium heat) with coconut oil. Pour your batter into even circles. Once they start to bubble, flip. Cook for an additional minute or so.
3. Top with your favorites! Mine include—but aren't limited to—maple syrup, butter, tahini, almond butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.
