Have you ever just been in a Muffin type mood? Well, that just happened for us! so naturally we tried our hand at a healthier take on Muffins with the addition of our Bone Broth Core Protein Powder.
These Muffins are super easy to make and simply delicious, they make a great breakfast or snack.
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- ¾ cups grated apple
- 2 scoops Nature’s Property bone broth core protein powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, oil, yogurt, vanilla, carrots, and apple together and then mix into the dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into sprayed muffin tins and cook for about 10 minutes.
