Apple-Carrot Muffins

Have you ever just been in a Muffin type mood? Well, that just happened for us! so naturally we tried our hand at a healthier take on Muffins with the addition of our Bone Broth Core Protein Powder.

These Muffins are super easy to make and simply delicious, they make a great breakfast or snack.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • ¾ cups grated apple
  • 2 scoops Nature’s Property bone broth core protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, oil, yogurt, vanilla, carrots, and apple together and then mix into the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into sprayed muffin tins and cook for about 10 minutes.
